Terms and Conditions
Deliveries are currently made twice a month on Friday afternoons - the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month. If you receive a fortnightly bunch, these will be delivered on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month. If you receive a monthly bunch, these will begin on the next available Friday after your order is placed - from then on, deliveries will be on the same week of each month, i.e. the third Friday of each month.
Specific delivery times cannot be requested or guaranteed, as there are different volumes each week in different areas.
Orders must be placed and paid for by Wednesday at midday in order to receive flowers that Friday.
If you opt to pay monthly, payment will be due on the Wednesday before your next scheduled delivery (by midday). An email will be sent prior as a gentle reminder to make payment. Failure to make a payment by the cut off time, will result in termination of your deliveries. Don't worry, you can always get in touch to restart them.
Although stopping payments will end your deliveries, an email to confirm this would be preferable.
If you opt to make payment upfront for either six or twelve months, I regret this cannot then be refunded unless under extreme circumstances i.e. loss of job.
If you would like to skip any deliveries i.e. because you are away on holiday, this must be arranged at least one week before the payment date. If you would like to continue paying but divert your flowers to a different address (to give a friend or relative a treat), this can be arranged providing the updated delivery address is still within the catchment area. Again, at least one week's notice is required.
Flowers are wrapped in minimal packaging and are therefore not protected from the elements. If you will not be home to accept delivery, please ensure we have arranged a safe place to leave them. This must be in a sheltered area, with a bucket or vase of water for flowers to stand in. If you are not home to receive delivery and a safe place has not been discussed, they will be left somewhere as suitable as possible, but The Floral Creator will not be responsible for any damaged, wilted or stolen flowers.
Care instructions will be provided with each delivery. These should be followed to guarantee longetivity of your flowers, however every flower is different and will last a different amount of time. If you are ever disappointed with the quality or freshness of your flowers, please get in touch; if I agree that the quality is not up to scratch, I will ensure a suitable solution is found.
I personally select the flowers that go into each bunch. If these are ever not to your personal taste, please let me know so I can avoid them next time. No refunds or replacements will ever be issued for flowers you do not like, unless you have specified in advance.
If you ever have a query or problem, please get in touch via email and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
